What you share with us
Our quote and support forms collect your name, email address, message, and optional business name and phone number. Quote requests also ask whether the request is for a home or business and your city and state. Support requests ask what is affected. Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive account details.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, prepare a tailored quote, or assist with a support request. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not sell your information or share it with outside parties for their own marketing or business purposes. Access within Oak River Networks LLC is limited to personnel who need it to handle your request and maintain business records.
Storage in Google Workspace and service providers
When you submit a form, you agree that Oak River Networks LLC may receive and retain your submitted information in its company Google Workspace mailbox to respond to your request and maintain business records. Information is for company use. Our service providers process information as needed to operate this website and deliver and store your request: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers form notifications, Google Workspace stores the messages, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Our shared abuse controls store keyed hashes and short-lived counters rather than raw email addresses, IP addresses, or message contents.
Cookies and technical information
This website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting and abuse-prevention services may process IP addresses, browser information, and security signals to operate and protect the website. You can learn about these checks in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry emails in our company Google Workspace mailbox for responses, service history, and business records. We have not set an automatic deletion period. You can request access, correction, or deletion through our contact form. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing services or legal obligations.

This notice covers the public website and its forms. Client monitoring, equipment access, and managed services are governed by the applicable service arrangement. This website is not intended for children under 13.
